Description
Wash the grapes and dry them with care. Cut each grape off leaving 3mm of the stem attached. Using a needle, make holes all over the grapes and arrange them in one or more jars you have cleaned thoroughly before. Then add the spices.
Melt the sugar well in the grappa and pour this syrup into the jars until all the grapes are properly covered. Then put the lids on the jars. Let the grapes rest for 2 to 3 months before serving.
